Project special works:

Each scraper conveyor is made of thick-walled carbon steel or stainless steel plates and high-strength chains. Connecting feed hopper or turnaround conveyor to convey material to downstream process, photoelectric inspection of operation status and chain control with upstream process, together to complete the conveying material, continuous work period reliable, low maintenance operation. The control and automation architecture of the 25T-capacity scraper conveyor is done using PLC system control.

Project performance:

Continuous and stable conveying reduces the risk of clogging and downtime, effectively ensuring the production of downstream processes.
