Control of Ethernet Architecture

JOYU bulk material metering system adopts Industrial Ethernet architecture, with fast communication speed, and can realize the warehousing or outbound control of metering scales at different distances.

Convenient IP address setting

JOYU bulk material weighing scale system can quickly set the IP address of weighing instruments and PLCs within the Ethernet architecture, which is different from the limitations of other single machine control methods. It achieves the goal of not affecting production even in the event of a single computer system failure within the local area network.

Warehouse capacity management

Under normal production, the weight of remaining bulk materials in the silo can be monitored in real-time to provide timely information for supplementing bulk materials.

Data export function

JOYU bulk material measurement system can export the queried data into a universal Excel file through the system, making it convenient for all operators to use.

Last batch automatic adjustment function

JOYU bulk material measurement system automatically adjusts the formula amount during the last two batches of ingredients based on the completion of the task order, ensuring that each batch of formulas is evenly proportioned and improving ingredient accuracy.

Remote maintenance function

JOYU bulk material measurement system, like other JOYU control systems, has a universal IoT remote maintenance function. Through a 4G/5G flow card, remote login within the permission range can be achieved, and parameter settings can be adjusted.

Warehousing measurement

To meet the control of raw material or finished product bulk material storage and measurement, multiple bulk material scales can be controlled for measurement, and they can be fed into different bulk material warehouses separately. Alternatively, a single bulk material scale can be controlled for measurement and stored in the specified order
Measurement of outbound loading and shipment

The bulk material silo is located at a distance of 1000m or more from the control room, and is controlled through the JOYU bulk material metering system with Ethernet architecture. The corresponding actions of the MCC cabinet are controlled on-site through optical fiber.
One control computer realizes the control of multiple bulk material scales

Improve operational efficiency and enable a single control computer to control multiple bulk scales for simultaneous measurement. Through the management system, the measurement of all bulk scales can be merged or managed separately according to conditions.
