Ton Bag Support Frame

JOYU ton bag unloading station is designed specifically for rigorous work in critical applications. Each JOYU bulk bag unloading station, regardless of its specific design or application, operates on a fully welded frame chassis with a specific process; It is different from the ordinary unloading design of ton bags in the market. The standard support frame is made of heavy-duty structural steel and tubular steel, continuously welded to provide excellent structural integrity. The combination of the upper and lower frames of the ton bag unloading station can safely support and accommodate ton packaging bags and their materials.

Bag hanger

JOYU ton bag hanger can safely handle and improve control of the ton bag during the lifting and positioning of the ton bag to the ton bag support frame. The JOYU ton bag hanger includes design options to improve the material flow of the bag, reduce material waste, and prevent the ton bag lining from inverting through the bag opening and entering downstream process equipment during unloading.

Material flow regulation system
